FAQS
Q. Do you have a daily or hourly rate for their services?
A. We work on an hourly rate for our services, please contact for more information about our service and prices.
Q. How quickly would you be able to start your service?
A. As soon as all documentation is sent back and approved, and appropriate staff selected, we can start! Typically we can get started in around 2-3 weeks.
Q. Do you have an office or premises?
A. No, our company prides itself on our 1:1 service based on the individual, so we are happy to arrange to come to the clients’ preferred location, whether this be home or at a designated space.
Q. What is your business?
We are much more than a carer; we are Personal Assistants (PAs)! We don’t just ‘care’, we offer our expertise, knowledge and understanding to the child, young person or the elderly, and their family if necessary. Our client’s needs are listened to and valued. We offer bespoke packages to those who don’t ‘fit the perceived box’
Q. What is the problem that your business addresses?
The problem is there are too many families struggling with their neurodiverse family members who aren’t able to access the current day services out there. Whether that be through their mental health or physical needs. This causes stress, anxiety and tension for the whole family. After speaking to several families, I have discovered there is a distinct lack of support services offering such an individualised service, that caters to the specific needs of their family member. This must change
Q. What makes you unique in the field?
CGC are person and family centred. From the initial visit we are able to create a focused package that is tailored to their needs; this means we ensure our clients achieve their maximum potential.
By offering bespoke, individualised, person centred packages that are based on the interests of the clients, we are able to help them move towards better independence, achieve potential, improve their self-confidence and self-awareness.
