Step 1

Initial Enquiry: Get in touch.

Reach out via our website form or phone.

We will have an informal chat to understand your broad support requirements.

Step 2

Person Centred Assessment: Designing the plan.

We arrange a home visit with the individual and their family to map out specific routines, goals, preferences, and finalise risk assessments.

Step 3

Tailored Matching: Meeting your team.

We carefully select and introduce a Personal Assistant whose personality, skills, and background perfectly align with the client for consistent, reliable 1:1 support.

Step 4

Paper Work:

Once we have the completed Care Plan from the client, management will review it, and then we will aim to start support within 2-3 weeks.

We operate to the highest standards in care.

Every single Personal Assistant undergoes comprehensive Enhanced DBS checks, rigorous identity vetting, and extensive mandatory training covering Safeguarding, the Mental Capacity Act, and other safe practices before supporting any client.
